Can I request (confirm / change / postpone) the visit?

Yes, the customer can request any of the above services, provided that it is in accordance with the company’s policy. 

How can I issue a salary identification / confirmation letter to an employee?

By the employee logging into the MyWatan application, or by contacting the Relationship Manager. 

Can medical insurance be upgraded upon the desire of the client/employee?

Yes, as long as he bears the cost of the upgrade. 

Is Watan raising salaries, as well as leave and end of service benefits?

Yes (based on what is agreed in the contract regarding end of service benefits) 

Can I renew my establishment's contract with Watan?

Yes, you can renew the contract by contacting the relationship manager. 

Can I request specific specifications?

Yes, and the required specifications are provided based on availability. 

What hospitals are covered by the workforce insurance?

You can review the list of hospitals and medical centers covered by the medical insurance through this link.
